There could be a lot of reasons why you are getting this error including antivirus issues, add-on issues, damaged files or other things.

How to Fix Outlook Not Implemented Error?

It’s not that difficult to fix the Outlook Not Implemented Error, just follow the guidelines listed here and you will be good to go.

Antivirus — First, you have to disable the antivirus software for some time. Most antivirus software is programmed to scan all the emails and that can delay the process of sending or receiving the emails.
Disable the Add-ons — Many issues in Outlook are caused by the Add-ons and you can check that by opening the Outlook in Safe mode. If that is the case, then you have to open the Add-on settings and remove each one of them.
Send Receive File — If the SRS files are damaged, then you may have to recreate it. Go to the Outlook app data location and then rename the current SRS file to an old one. And then, you can close the Outlook and then open it again to recreate the SRS file.
Repair Installation — It is also possible that there is an issue with the installation of the Outlook on your system. So, go to the Programs and Features option on your Windows and then repair the installation.
